Unfortunately, nothing could be found in a class action or lawsuit with this furnace, but managed to a website that can provide help ..... see notes a very informative community of owners of wood-fired oven - and we hope one of them to information, help or give direction to take for you to live safely in your furnace.

It looks like lemons Quadrafire have. We have over 2 years and had no problem with him. The only time something strange happened when the fire pot was not cleaned for a few weeks. The ashes will not allow the pills to ignite, ignite a little smoke in the house. If it helps to isolate the model that we have a separate pan, Mt Vernon. Perhaps others may have similar problems with your model as you. I know it's a long shot, but try a different brand of pellets. We Ligentics and were satisfied. We have used other brands and found that with different speed to burn (usually faster), who maintain a higher content of ash, and develop more clinker. If this part of the larger problem, it would be interesting to see reminders. Good luck!
