Hello,

The advice above is great, but really the best way I found carpet to treat burns is "second skin" that you buy in almost every pharmacy and save it as a layer of the skin over the wound, the very great things.

Good question, I would go back to the day when the Internet was when I was on the mat, got 0)

Treatment plant Aloe Vera. Cancel a leaf and rub the sticky stuff on the burn. If you are not plants, in addition to the pharmacy. It comes in a tube and is 100% Aloe Vera. Vitamin E oil or simply receive vitamin E, and perforation of the capsule and press the oil out of the area with mat burn

.

Prevention of most burns in practice "After this is over thirty years, the most effective I've seen to prevent burns to most of the mat is used to protect Rash Guard / fill as knee pads and shoes (although I do wear the shoes rings), but be wary of getting stuck in to the judgments of the ankle

The other option I've seen and read is the application of surgical spirit in the areas assigned to be each night. Obviously, this will help prevent burns Mat Wrestler Many swear by it!

In a very important note - another important area of prevention is to ensure that your gym, carpets were cleaned and disinfectedD prevent infection

Some typical types of infections of the skin in the martial arts, including lichen, herpes simplex infection, staphylococcus (staph infection, remember) and impetigo. One the most important thing in mind, is the cleanliness. always immediately after training or competition shower. If the shower, it is important to a network of washing with antibacterial soap.

Pay attention to the search for knowledge and maintaining strong

Fortunately, your carpets are cleaned daily with a solution of strong antibiotics. Do not do this could cause what you describe. It is the commercial carpet cleaning, hot water and chlorine can.

Meanwhile, keep hold abrasion. Take a shower immediately after workouts. Then, the wear put on it is washed with hydrogen peroxide and antibiotic ointment, then cover with a bandage.

Well sure, only that on the carpet at a time, disinfected,

with burns, I think the soaking helps tighten the skin and keep it moist with an antibiotic cream or bacetracin also similar. If the skin remains moist is flexible and less strict, and this will help you heal faster, so he gets two aggitated.

Unlike some Tylenol or similar assistance. You can buy these lidocaine patches on the counter. It is an anesthetic cream. This would help only temporarily, while trying to sleep in class or in bed.

Finally, the time is still needed. You can try a little push.

Try to stay above the ground - just a joke, I have all the time. It hurt very much, and you disappear forever.

Get out and help me clean our carpets, so I know I am very clean. Especially you want to wash as often as possible - I know it hurts - but it helps. Then a topical cream will help as Neosporin right after washing and if possible to heal the skin faster. Also, I'm not sure what kept the talks - the area with a sterile dressing, but as a white substance that comes in an array, not a band, but watch the weight very easy to see through clothing, it really helps too.
