It is difficult to 15, because most kids his age, fickle and stupid. Unless you are someone who is so desperate to find a girlfriend, I suggest you be patient and try it themselves, but also a social being. The boys and girls of the bubbly personality and not fully himself.
At this age, you have the guys you can count on reasonable standards and to pick a good head on his shoulders. 15 years are incredibly stupid and most of them want the head cheerleader, and not (for less even if this guy is like Yoda, or Jaba the Hutt.)
