Junior, you will not find 150CC scooter. Mopeds under 50cc, by definition, are equipped with a kind of pedals, apparently to start the engine, and only go 30th They are very dangerous and very practical for anything other than reducing the use of the speed of the road and are banned from most roads. However, you can all types of motorcycles and scooters with various 150CC engine. Some of them over 50 miles per hour or more, but you can certainly expect something more than 60 Even if you can go at this speed, the engine is finished so strong that their life expectancy is significantly reduced. Scooter is not and should not be confused with mopeds in all circumstances. You must receive a copy of Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles Guide, and if they have a specially for motorcycles, obtain and read before taking no notice of anyone here. Except me.
